All Avon mascaras are always hypoallergenic and opthalmologist-tested, so should be suitable for even the most sensitive skin.

All in all a very popular choice of mascara with most patrons relishing how it separates and thickens lashes.

There was one user that pointed out a obvious minor floor to the applicator. It doesn't taper in at the end like most wands, so it makes it harder to coat the small inner lashes without making a mess.

At $3.99 for a .35oz veil it is a very reasonably priced mascara, considering most are at least double that price.

Chanel Inimitable Mascara Volume Length Curl Separation Review | Waterproof Brown or Black Formula

Chanel Imitable MascaraChanel Inimitable Mascara is formulated to give lashes volume, length, curl, great separation and it should be waterproof too.

Apparently it has a unique brush design that helps deliver all the above. Personally I can't see any difference from this brush to any of the standard ones. Chanel just says it's unique but doesn't go into detail about how it's unique. An important detail that maybe it should remember to add in.

Tips

A great way for applying mascara quickly but flawlessly is to put the wand as close to the bottom of the lashes you can, then pull up slowly while twirling the wand. This should give an even coverage without having to do another coat.

Also, when dipping your mascara in the tube don't pull in and out to coat with formula. This just pushing air in coursing mascara to dry up quicker. Just twist the wand around a couple times while in the vile to coat.

Ingredients

I was unable to find the ingredients contained in this mascara other than that it contains Pro-Vitamin B5.

To sum up

On the whole users found that it worked reasonably well, but considering it can cost up to $60 they didn't think it gave them the wow factor that Chanel promises. You can get it for $10 or under on ebay.

A few people did love it though and found it worked for them. So I suggest if you are thinking of buying it, test it in the store to see what you think first. After-all it is a lot of money to spend on a mascara that may not work!

Givenchy Phenomen Eyes Mascara Review | Defined & Lengthened False Lash Effect

Givenchy MascaraI find this Givenchy Phenomen Eyes Mascara quite interesting. The ball shaped wand is a unique design, it is supposed to reach every lash and adapt to all eye shapes.

Phenomen Eyes Mascara is designed to hold the curl of the lash and leave them evenly spread for a "panoramic effect", says Givenchy.

Miss L. Chin says Phenomen is the "Holy Grail" of mascara's. Many ladies from makeupalley.com think this mascara is fabulous. It lengthens, separates each lash and also manages to reach even the tinniest lashes. Many users also like the very dark black color.

There are some people that aren't so happy with the results of this Givenchy mascara. Cosmonautte from makeupalley.com thinks there is a default in the formula as it takes ages to dry. Quite a few girls have had trouble using the wand and say it leaves smudges.

Maybelline Unstoppable Mascara Review | Very Black, Long Lasting & Smudge Proof

What do the ladies using it think?

Well from reviews on makeupalley it does 2 out of 3. Most ladies found that it lasts and doesn't smudge.

Unfortunately most users found it didn't make their lashes look any longer. Basically most users just thought it was a O.K mascara but nothing to write home about. One lady said it actually made her lashes look shorter, which really sucks!

To be perfectly honest Unstoppable sounds rather dull. I don't think I'll be rushing out for this one.

MAC Zoom Lash Mascara Review | Defining, Lengthening & Long Lasting

Most of my makeup is Mac, I just love there products. But! That's why I can't believe I'm going to say this, "Beware of Macs Zoom Lash Mascara".

While I was doing my makeup course at beauty school I got a full Mac Makeup kit. Well, like any girl I was thrilled. There was just one thing missing, a "Mac mascara". My Teacher had changed it for a Maybelline one instead.

I asked her why we didn't get Mac mascara, she said Mac mascaras are never that good. Now I can see why she opted for another brand after reading reviews on the Zoom!

Macs Zoom Lash Mascara is supposed to leave your lashes looking volumized, but from the reviews I've read all it seems to leave is a smudged mess!

It seems that a lot of ladies don't like the Zoom, according to reviews on Epinions.com. They say the wand isn't precise, it builds up product and clumps. Some users have even commented on the bad smell of the mascara.

Although there are some ladies that have found it works for them and leaves their lashes full, lengthens and defined.

If you want to try Mac Zoom Lash Mascara for yourself it costs $9.99. Which is a very reasonable price.
